Is there something wrong with this?

Kevin had to replace the water-stopper-thing (no, I don't know what it's called!!!) on the toilet in the second bathroom and when the tank lid was off, I noticed the stamp on the inside. I laughed because I could not help myself.........isn't this an oxymoron?!?!?!
